We want you and your young rider to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing adjustment or a change of heart, our goal is to make the exchange process as smooth as your child's first ride.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and tools included to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
